V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

How difficult do you think this swap would be. I cant find any info on Size of the engine or the engine bay anywhere. is there anything i need to know for this swap. any help would be apreciated. Also as I dont have the car yet which chassis is better for holding power.

I haven't seen a modular Ford motor installed into a S Chassis? You don't mention what type of chassis you're considering, I assume it's the S14 or S13. I'm partial to the S14 myself, but will "hold power" equally.
