cooling fans

Both radiator fans are intermittent, with a/c on, a/c cooling fan not spinning, if i spin it with my hand a little, it starts working!, same with the engine fan! I've checked everything, no luck, anyone has a schematic for the fans?

If it starts spinning when you give it a push, chances are it's a bad fan. Testing should really just need a multimeter and check for voltage, but you can find the FSM here www.nicoclub.com/FSM

I'm suprised !both fans would go bad at the same time

Could just be something like a bad ground, hence testing for voltage.
