I wish they offered the tank in anodized black or gray. That's the only thing I don't like about it is the brushed aluminum.

Same here. I don't like brushed aluminum or shiny finish.

i have no need to go spend a bunch of money to have an aluminum one to bling it up.

i havent had an overflow tank since i did the KAE to DE swap MONTHS ago, i just had the little hose going from my radiator, down the side of it pointing at the ground.
Of course if i found i perfectly good condition plastic tank i would of got it, but that wasnt the case with me. every time i went to the junk yard , the 240's either didnt have one or if they did they did have one but had a nice 5 inch hole that looks like its been through war.

My opinion is that if you can get a hold of a plastic one for cheap than get it,or if your case is like mine get the CS tank , It cost about the same as a new plastic tank from the dealer, But knowing that the circuit sports tank is going to last you.

you could mask off the namebrand part and spray paint it flat black or something.

theres a bunch of different aluminum ones on ebay for about 50 bucks. not bad if you ask me, i will be picking up an ebay one in the future. I just cant justify spending twice that on a CS or W-R. im sure they are just as good...

I bought a universal overflow tank from advanced auto for $7.oo. Works great and you can use the new or old hose as a overflow dump tube to the ground. Get the small tank and bend the bracket it comes with and bolt it down where the electrical ground is under oem overflow tank.

I would rather use something more creative.

these coolant tanks are over priced for what they do.

and the ebay ones have been failing continously
