well i changed 2 heater hoses took it out for a drive and it still leaks from somewhere. The two hoses i replaced were fine. But im still having coolant drip from somewhere onto the transmission. At idle it will just drip but when i rev it up it comes out alot. Im not sure what else to do ? Pull the motor and look at it , take the intake manifold off. What else could it be. Im just really stuck and dont know what to do. Any help is appreciated. thanks. Aim - denbb30.

pull the intake manifold support bracket and get your hand under there and feel around. you will be able to feel any leak under the intake. i had atleast 2 of those heat hoses break on me. i suggest that everyone replace ALL of the heater hoses under the intake manifold before putting the engine in your car.

I have replaced all of my coolant lines....after they all broke...with the engine in the car.

Check the turbo coolant line. Mine was leaking right onto the bellhousing. Also, check the line that runs from the oil cooler sandwich to the back of the head.

all my broke, I replaced all mine as well. If you searched you would probably turn up a thread where I posted the same problem and after some trouble shooting found the problem was the hose to the oil cooler sandwich thing.I tried calling you but you weren't there.

i bet its that ****ty u shaped hose under the intake manifold.. thats where them buggers usually leak..and yes, you can change it in the car, get under it in a pit, so easy to do..

If it is, and you can't find a suitable hose to fit, one from a 302 windsor ford engine.. just cut 1 of the straight bits off.. simple..
