coolant hoses

I need to replace a coolant hose on a ca18det and am wondering if autozone/pep boys doesn't have something close, can I use the rubber line from home depot plumbing section?

which hoses?

you can use at least KA24E if not KA24DE heater and rad hoses with some cutting

for the rest of the hoses just get ordinary heater hose in the correct size from autozone/oreilly/etc
