Long story short I wired my z32 Maf wrong and ended up melting the harness, I was tired of messing with Maf sensors and went megasquirt now when I turn the key to the on position fuel pump constantly primes the relay clicks for the pump to turn off but just changed the pitch of the fuel pump noise I am getting no spark

You should call Megasquirt with the model you have and all associated hardware. They should be able to point you in the right direction, or tell you what to datalog during a cranking event.
Pro tip though, you should pull that fuel pump fuse until you figure out the no spark issue. It'll prevent you from having way too much fuel in your cylinders/contaminating your oil.
