Hello, Im a newbie to this board. I have a quick question. I have owned my 90 240sx fastback for about 5 months now. and it is building up condensation always on the inside of the front windsheild and the rear trunk. My question is how do i fix this problem??? I also have a small side question, i have read a couple things about the 90 240sx and is it true that the fastback with no abs or a/c is the SE model?? thanks

Jay

i believe that the hatch in 89-90 is the se no matter what. many hatches develop a prob with the seal in the back but all cars will develop a for on the inside when there is a sig temp diff. otherwise check all seals

Yes its an SE if its 90 fastback... one place If you notice your windows prolly donet make an airtight suction to the door, thus your car is not airtight. (witch is normal for all cars out in cold weather)

Is it possible that the condensation could also be coming from a heater core issue, or is that more of a window fogging result?

Thanks for all the replys! Now that i think of it my passenger side window isnt sealed and leaks sometimes when it rains. And i also think the trunk may not be sealed. PS Is there anywhere i can get swapping specs and motor specs for the CA18DET, planning to swap in the near future into my '90 S13 fastback. THANKS AGAIN.1drifterX
