I went to a boneyard yesterday looking for a rust free radiator core support to replace my rusted unit. The yard had several Quests that fit the ticket but all the supports had some degree of rust until I came upon one that looked like an aftermarket unit because there was some paint over spray on it from what looked like some fender work. This one had no rust because it had no metal. It is all some sort of composite. I got it for $25. Does anyone know the story on these all plastic supports? Are there any problems with them? I thought it interesting that rust seems to be a problem with the support. I was also pleased that the yard had so many Quests in the year range I was interested in. I will be back!
