Completely Refitted Stock Stereo Pics

Been focusing On the sound the past two weeks and the build is finally complete. Now i think i spent way too much money on everything but it was well worth it.We have two amps in here one is a us amps 1600.4 for the speakers and and sundown audio 2000.1 for the subs

Next is the subs (2) 10" woofers RE SE D4 in a custom box 3 cubes tuned to 32 hz

For the front sound stage we have a set of PPI 356 CS Comps with a passive crossover

The headunit is a alpine 9887( Planning to upgrade to touchscreen down the road but i like this because it matches stock color scheme)

Wasn't able to get pics of the rest but i have 1/0 wiring thru-out and a optima yellow top under the hood.also have the big three done and foamed and dynamated the trunk lid. also have re comps 6.5s in the rear deck.

(review)The System sounds amazing. At first i wasn't satisfied but once these subs got broken in they got loud and low and sound clean while doing it. You can really feel the bass when u turn up the volume. I get a lil bit of eye jiggles and it really feels like somebody is punching you in the chest, especially with songs like white girl remix by young jeezy. i have the potential to play any song i choose and everything sounds good. most people to listen to this car can not believe the sound they are hearing from such a simple box with only 2 tens. The best part about the whole system in general is that it is oh so loud on the inside and on the outside u cant hear hardly anything with the windows up. this is made for me to hear it and nobody else. overall i rate this setup 9 outa 10 because i have never heard a cleaner setup.

Are your amps mounted to the seatbacks or the back of the sub box?

Looks like a nice install. Is there any reason you chose to install the tweets in the doors? That's going to make things pricey if you ever decide to sell the car...

I Have one mounted to the seatback and the other mounted to the sub box as you can see in the picture

And i chose to mount them in the doors since if i ever sold the car i would sell it with the system. also it gives a bit better imaging..

Im planning on upgrading the subs soon i want to get 2 fi q 10s

looks like your amps may run a bit hot... your amps are facing each other in a very close and confined space... the heat from one is going directly to the other, and vice versa...

regardless, sound like you got some quality equipment.. hope it sounds good

Yes these amps do run hot since they are facing each other.
