It may not be your frame at all. You're suspension could be the culprit. Lift the front end and do a visual inspection. Look for any bent parts. You can check out the underbody of the car at the same time for any visual signs of a bent frame. Bent frames can usually be apparent by looking at major body panels and taking a step back to look at the car. Look for any twisting of the front end or shifts. From side, look to see if the front end seems to point up or down.
Frame work is more expensive than regular body work. Generally double the cost of regular body work. But if your fram is bent, and there is no body damage, they can probably do a frame pull and need no body work. If you can't tell there is frame damage just by looking at your car, chances are if there is any, it will be minor.
Best thing to do is to verify the actual damage. Then get a quote for the work.
