coils replacement on 2003 350Z

Hey guys, found out the "how to" on changing the plugs for the 350Z. Anyway I own a 2003 350Z and it has 110,000km on it. I got the car about 6 months ago and I believe they have the original plugs but not sure, so I'm going to replace them in April but should I replace the coils on top of the plugs as well? They are obviouslly attached to the wires so I'm thinking they should be changed out...please leave me your advice
