So I have Eibachs at the moment but I'm really hating the ride quality. I feel every stupid bump in the road and you know it's bad when your 10-14 year old cousins start noticing it when riding with you. I was wondering how the ride quality would be with coilovers since I want to maintain the dropped look. Would it be the same as stock or better, or worse? Sorry for the noob question, I just don't know much about them.

better than stock thats for sure. you'll feel every freaking peble in 32 hard and you'll just glide and wave over everything in 0 soft. i'm at 6 now. it's smooth yet NO body roll

Hmm, well that's good to know, I guess I'll have to put this on my list of things to get, eventually.

So maybe another dumb question but would the current springs stay with coilovers or do they replace springs entirely?

So I would imagine installing them is a bit more work than normal springs?

Nope, actually easier..... since the coilovers come pre-assembled ready to go on the car

Ok, more questions;

1. So they'll have to uninstall the Eibachs and then put the Coilovers on?2. In terms of the car being lowered, is this based on that rating scale of up to 32 and 32 being the lowest or is that a different thing all together? Or would you be able to lower it however much you desire?

1. they will remove the WHOLE suspention assembly and replace it with coilovers. not the same as installing or removing eibachs. its muc faster. like 1h fast.

2.no thats the dammper settings. the ride height is with a huge screw that lowers the springs

Hey what brand of coilover did you purchase. I have an 07 3.5 four door and it sounds like the way to go. Thanks.
