So I've had it with this code. I've searched the internet and everywhere else and no one can give me a definite answer. While most sites say that a code 35 doesn't cause any performance issues, this is the only code showing up at all times. The problem with the car itself is that it will run fine after I clear codes but as soon as I drive it for about a mile and the engine starts heating up there is a fair amount of hesitation and after stopping (at stop sign, traffic signal) and coming to an idle, the engine tries to slowly die by dropping in rpms and eventually will if I don't stay on the accelerator. EGR system has been deleted and I'm not 100% sure what the pinout is for a EGR temperature sensor so I can't trace the wires and fix with the resistor trick I see using on detonation sensors.

Please guys, I need help because the car is basically garage-ridden until this can be fixed.

Thanks.

I wish I had something concrete for you, but I do have a few thoughts that might help your thinking.
My first thought is that Z32's often have different issues cause a single effect to us when driving, that perhaps your PTU harness is suffering from corrosion issues which is affected usually by heat as the engine warms up. Check both connectors on that harness and clean if green. Checking the IACV connectors for similar corrosion as well as your injectors is good maintenance even if it does not solve your immediate problem.
Next you mention a delete, hinting there may be more...the point being that unless deletes are done correctly there may be residual issues such as you are suffering. I would go over all deletes and components in those areas to be sure there's nothing damaged in that process, and to be sure you understand them and that they are done correctly and with durability in mind (no hack jobs).
Hope this helps!

Okay so I haven't really been home much to find much out but here's what I have checked:

PTU looks almost new with little to no signs of corrosion.
I checked all of the vacuum lines just in case and found that one was almost entirely disconnected, however after I reconnected it, there was no change in engine performance, so that was ruled out.
I even checked the MAF just to make sure it wasn't related to the intake.

I'm with the car today so I'm going to try checking different connectors around where the EGR system once was. Still getting the code 35 which is the only code that's showing up.

The only thing that's throwing me off is that it isn't a constant problem. It only happens once the engine is warmed up. The first mile or two after startup usually goes smoothly. So going off of that I'm thinking that it has to be sensor/electrical related. Any thoughts?

Recorded this and uploaded it to youtube for visual reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sx1uwkhKtM
You can see it at the end after I rev the engine where it tries to stall out and die.
