code 12 and 21 need help

well pulled codes today to see if the ecu had any and got code 12 and 21. i know that 12 is for the maf circuit but the maf is good. so im not really sure what to check there. and apparently code 21 is something to do with the ignition? i have no idea what part it could be though. the coil, dizzy, cap, rotor, plugs and wires are all brand new. (dizzy is a reman from advance auto). car starts and runs but runs pretty s***. exhaust pops, doesnt backfire but sounds a bit "off". runs rich. as far as i know all the injectors are good. did a noid light test on the injector plugs and they all get a good pulse.
any one have a good guess? or any ideas? things i can check for the codes?

First thing I would check is the maf. If you have that code something is not right.. get a pinout and check continuity from ecu to maf plug. Check contuity for signal ground and power. If there is continuity check voltage at the plug on black/white wire with key on. Start the car and backprobe the signal wire and check voltage. Not sure what the spec is, most likely from 1.0 to like 1.3 v at idle. For code 21 first thing I would check is ignitor. With those two codes I'm surprised your car even starts.
