Well, you'd have to have an ECU tuned for it and the only place that I know off that does it a LOT is Jim Wolf Technology. It'll only really help you if your making enough power to max out your stock mass air sensor. You can also find one in our forsale section for 120 bucks I think...I know someone is selling one on the boards. Another alternative you might want to look into is the 300zx MAF since it's easy to find, relatively affordable <150 bucks from a junkyard, hard to max out, and its compatible with a lot of different a/f tuning systems (S-AFC II, JWT, probably E-Manage too).

JWT is the only place I know of that modifies the computer for the Cobra MAF. As Nathan says, you have to be maxing out your stock MAF (About 250-285HP) to even think about a Cobra MAF. Along with that you need to upgrade your injectors and computer to take advantage of the increased flow voltage. This is good to about 350 HP where you have to upgrade your injectors further and have your ECU modified again to stay with the Cobra MAF or go to a 300ZX MAF. This will get you into the 500 HP range depending on your turbo and of course, your internal engine upgrades.

Stock MAF is maxed out before 250-285hp. If you are going close to 250hp, I'd go with a larger MAF.

The stock MAF maxes out airflow readings at 5.1v which in simple terms is about 265 HP. The MAF will flow beyond those horsepower levels but the computer will not recognize additional airflow and your 370cc injectors will be operating at close to 100% duty cycle. Beyond that you need an up graded MAF (Cobra or 300ZX), ECU, and injectors(60lb MSD. 555 or 740 NISMO). Of course, if you want to go to the extra expense (~$130) for a new Cobra MAF before reaching that horsepower, as well as upgrade you ECU to recognize it, that is certainly an option.

I got mine brand new from a friend who works at a Ford Dealership for $128 (including the wiring harness to mate it to the KA harness).

The stock ECU will run the Cobra MAF and 50lb injectors, but you'll have idle/richness issues.

It may run them but if you have idle/rich issuses it is not interpeting the signal from the MAF correctly and at a given pulsewidth the larger injectors will be flowing more fuel creating a rich condition. It may work, but to get it to work correctly you have to go to an alternative fuel mapping program (ECU mod, piggyback, stand alone, etc.)
