Alright so here with go. I looked at the page on twinturbo.net for how to adjust the clutch pedal and rod that goes into the vacuum booster. I have adjusted both back and forth trying to fix my clutch slipping issue. I can't get to a spot where it doesn't slip. Right now when I put the car in 2nd gear while at low rpms then I put a little pressure on the gas it is slipping and and I can make rpms go to 6000 with the speed gauge barely moving. When under fast acceleration from 1st to 2nd Gear it doesn't appear to be slipping. And once I am in 5th gear under fast acceleration it acts like it is in neutral. When at low rpms in 4th and 5th gear it acts like it is in neutral when I try to go fast. Did you get all that? lol. So do I need to replace the clutch? Thank you for your help. :dblthumb:

If you haven't replaced it, sounds like the clutch is going bad.

I would have to agree with Ace, unless you also found that the fluid level in the clutch fluid reservoir is low or you have a leak. Even then you most likely would have a different situation than what you describe, so I'd be thinking clutch.

Yeah sounds like the clutch. I am in the same boat. I would avoid driving it completely until you replace it otherwise you may wear it down so much that you wont even get the clutch to grab enough to get you to the shop and will have to tow it!
