Clutch and Flywheel replacement

My 95 240sx needs a new clutch and I just had a few questions.

-What clutch should I get: organic, kevlar, ect. I don't race, just want a clutch that can take some abuse and still be somewhat smooth. Anybody have a brand recommemdation? I'd probly get a kit with a pressure plate and throwout bearing and stuff.

-Should I replace the flywheel? What are the chances that my stock flywheel would need resurfaced? Is a lightweight aluminum flywheel a good idea? Anybody have a brand recommendation?

-Anyone have a short-shifter they really like?

i am installing an exedy racing clutch ( package i got off ebay for 112$) an a fidanza lightweight flywheel, i will let you know how i like the set up when i get it finished, hopefully by saturday, i also have a short shifter that it SOOO nice, definately get one.
