cluster problem? maybe?

I have been having my car for about a year now. I changed the maf and i grounded out one of the wires when doing so..I had no problems with it until a week later. .suddenly my speedometer gauge would start to fail. It would rise and fall between 20-30mph. But it wasnt really a priority because i knew my speed in 5th gear. But then my tachometer started doing the same thing. And now my engine temp gauge wont work at all! My fuel gauge is fine. My dummy lights are on so i know i have power..But idk whats goin on!!HELP PLEASE!!!

see about getting a used one and swap it out, see if it helps, as for testing the actual cluster i'm not sure.

thats another thing i forgot to say, i tried swapping with another good cluster, and that wasnt the problem
