*BUMP*

Friend of mine sent a newspaper article my way, so I put it up in the first message.

Also, please let them know we moderators are trying to arrange for a small memorial of some sort to remain permanently on the NICO homepage.

To all my friends in 240-land, I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

NICO is family, plain and simple. And it hurts like hell to lose a family member. :(

I do have his mother's address (I lived across the street, remember), but I would rather not give it out on the internet.

I'll talk to them tonight and see.

Also, Fark.com is setting up a donation (looks to be via PayPal) to his scholarship fund, so you guys may want to look into that.

Cliff's dad sent me a document and asked me to post it on fark, so I thought I'd share the link here too.

I used to talk to Cliff on Aim a lot when he was in Austin and for a little bit while he was in Lubbock attending college. I met him off the team nismo boards in Austin, and worked on a friend's car with him. It's very sad to hear the tragedy. If there's any info on the funeral I would very much like to know about it.

I'm very sorry to all friends and of course mostly, family.

Wow... I didn't know him personally, but I have seen his name around here a few times. I know I'm stating the obvious, but death sucks. My condolences...

Funeral was today at 11:00AM. Sorry I couldn't get this info here any sooner. The chapel was packed and teachers, friends, and family all told stories about the times they had with Cliff.

That is a shame :(

I'm certain I know his handle from the old board and we had discussed the infamous "window motor problem" issues last year.

Such a young age to go too :(

His parents must be devastated.

One more on this, then I'll let it be.

Cliff's dad sent me something to post over at Fark, here is the response from the Farkers:
