I had a friend who recently spilled some food grease on the back seat of my SL. I have a the black mesh interior and was wondering what some of your recommendations would be for spot cleaning the seat.

I have Resolve carpet and fabric Spot Magic and was wondering what other people's experiences are on whether or not this is safe...or, what the best alternative is on the market?

I'm a freak when it comes to keeping my car clean...

Any help is much appreciated!

http://www.officedepot.com/ddS...pliesThis stuff gets anything out of fabric. Everything I've spilled either in the car or at home comes out with this stuff. Just test it on somewhere to make sure it won't take the color out first. (It has'nt done that to me yet, but I also haven't spilled in my Versa either)It also comes in a spray-can, (try Walmart or Target if you have those by you) neither one seems to work better than the other one.Good luck

i spilled engine oil on my seat... a put some rags on top of it for a day or so, with some heavy things on top of it to soak it up, changed and flipped the rags a bunch though.... but a family friend has a SteamVac.... and i used that, and it worked great... if someone you know, or you have it, i would try it... i dont think buying one would be worth it seeing how they are probably expensive.
