Has anyone confirmed that this will actually work on the Q45? The site says "should work" way too many times for me to send my $400 without a guarantee that it'll work!

That being said - if it does work, I'm very interested!!! Somebody try this thing out and let me know if it works :D

the nprobe was tested on my car, it doesn't work for everything, but does show codes, sensor info, and does the power balance test . apparently the Q ecu is a little bit different, so some of the functions need a little more work. for the Z32(original test car) this thing is amazing, it does everything.

this thing does what the consult does (developer of it borrowed a consult from a local SE-R guy) + data logging. these guys are looking at buying a consult II

Hopefully, they can sell 40 to make it worth doing the software changes for the Q. The more requests for one that works with a Q the more stimulated they will be.

Members didn't press the UK Conzult developers so we still have no full substitute for the Consult I.

With about 60,000 90-95 Q [less trashed and wrecked, and those sitting for sale] maybe 40,000 [mostly mid to later models]are still on the road everyday.

Unfortunately as we know there are probably no more than 400 enthusiasts in the World [1%] and half of those have no money to spend on diagnostics. Because they spent it on wheels and stereos.

$400 even $500 sounds good to me compared to $2,000 for a used Consult.

Plus, if it does ever get fully compatible, it will have more of a memory capacity than the consult!

it works exactly like the consult, and most of it does work: data monitor, self diagnostic, work support, active tests, AAC, power balance(manually select cylinders), timing, self-learning and some of the relays/solenoids. transmission, auto air conditioning, the auto power balance test, and some of the control output buttons don't work right(auto ac works on the Z, but must be different for the Q). injector adjust probably works, but i never saw it.

i don't know if they ever tested it on a J30, if you're in the dallas area i can ask the programmer if he can test it on your car to be sure.

i would buy one of these, but don't have the money. i will email the programmer to see if we can get everything working on my car, but i don't have hicas so we won't know if that screen works.
