cheap dealership parts

okay i know that coutesy and nissanparts.cc are both cheaper than normal price but do they still offer a a better discount if you say your a member or if you talk to someone specific? Also since nissanparts.cc is in washington I have to pay sales tax, however i was hoping to avoid shipping by picking up the parts myself, does anyone remember what dealership runs nissanparts.cc so i can go in person.thanksBryce
