What do you guys think? Reinforce the runners a little more and should make a decent stock replacement.

whats wrong with a stock one... that manifold has a horrible design and is no better than the stock one

"individual pipe for each exhuast port"

Just to clarify, that's a side mount a la stock, not a bottom mount. Bottom mount would be something like an HKS cast mani.

Flatrate, what about that manifold looks like a bad design to you? The design is fine, it's just a piece of s*** OBX manifold and it's going to crack.

OP-google "Stec rb manifolds" and you'll find the same design but it will NEVER crack. I'd stake my "internet cred" on that for what it's worth.

Yeah i know OBX sucks but im not gonna just bolt it on. What i was thinking is welding braces to each runner and to the flange all the way across. This should hold everything tight preventing a crack. Ill check out the other company though.

This would be better. 321 Stainless and 3mm thick piping. Ill spend the extra for this one. Itll save the hassles of welding extra crap on. lol. Judging by the design of the manifold, would you think you can fit a 30R on there without any clearance issues?

It's the exact same placement as stock, that's all I can tell you about fitment. Remember, I've never owned an S-chassis RB swapped car, only a Skyline. If a GT30r fits on the stock mani, I would imagine it would be the same on this one too. BTW, ask Stec for the picture of that exact manifold glowing bright red and not cracking LOL.

well for starters it has 1 pipe going to the flange with all the others dumping into it... far from efficent... it has NO merge what so ever either look at runners 1 and 2 its y'd to together... that manifold is pointless and unreliable
