Double check to make sure the injector harness is plugged into the main harness.

Apparently you have an open ground somewhere. Get an FSM and trace from the injector back to the ecu. You probably already know that the ecu opens and closes a ground circuit to make the injectors fire since you even went as far as trying another ecu. Your problem is obviously somewhere between the ECU and Injectors. I'm probably already pointing out something you already know, but hope this helps.

Tr0ble is probably right....

When I did a motor swap in my 91 sentra I had EXACTLY the same problem. If you check you probably also have signal but no power to the coil. I don't know SX wiring harnesses, but on my sentra there are 2 clusters of 2or 3 ground wires that bolt to the intake at the same spot. I forgot to hook them up and when I did I still had nothing; so I tried some other things and nothing else worked, so I got pissed and tore the wiring harness apart at the same point as the other ground wire cluster, and found that I had tore off one set of the ground wire clusters(which the plastic wiring sheath was hiding) and when I hooked it up, the car fired right up.

If it's any consolation, it took me over two weeks to figure this out. Hope it helps.
