In my opinion ACT is the best. Street discs shouldn't be too bad price wise. Some others have tried spec cluthces (i think that is the name). I have the Four puck racing disc(ACT) and I am very pleased. If you are gonna do a lot of mods I would recommend it or a 6 puck. They do have harsh engagement though, but I drive mine everyday and I don't think it is that bad.

I've always heard ACT is the best. I have a Centerforce Dual Friction. I'm pretty happy with it, but I know when I get high numbers, it'll commit suicide as fast as it possibly can.

I would think an ACT 2100 would be more than adequate for a ka24e. Unless you've made a significant increase in power, an OE clutch would be fine. A new OE clutch is a big improvement over a worn out clutch. I called Advance Auto Parts. They said a new clutch, pressure plate, and TOB would cost me $126. You could put the money you saved toward some mods that might make you actually need a better clutch. Just remember, not knowing how to drive is as bad as or worse than driving hard. You know, don't ride your clutch when you're stopped on a grade, and as my signature says, don't do too many burnouts.

Have to agree with fast_s13. Put a centerforce in my s-14 and after about 1,000km's, the clutch stiffened up and after 2,000km's it outright gave in on some fairly light driving. Brought the car into Nissan and they pulled the clutch and noticed that it was warping. They then called the centerforce folks in to take a look at it and they couldn't believe it. I was reimbursed in full.

What do you mean by this? Now that I read it a second time, do you mean when u have it partially engaged so that your not rolling back, yet not rolling forward? **** i do this alot, any other bad habits I should stop other than burnouts? I need to conserve my clutch because I love accelerating like a bat out of hell, not necessarily flattening the accelerator, but just enough to get the tires to the point they are almost breaking loose, but still have some traction. I don't have vlsd, so its very easy to break em loose, bout half way down on the throttle while dropping the clutch quickly yet smoothly.
