You didn't. You were gifted with selective memory. Unfortunately the internet wins against selective memory 99% of the time.

Well if anything, the fountain makes it more soothing compared to the rest of the visual assault that is that side of the fairgrounds. But enough talk...

here are some fun photos of Matt Predmore and Stacey!

Where is SentraStace anyways, hasnt been on in a long while.

I would just rather not visit the pimp my ride section. My neck always ends up being strained from all the head shaking and disappointment.

I stopped by the Raceseng booth Sunday and chatted with Matt and Ryan a bit. Real nice guys. Seems as though they had some fun with the photo shoot as well.

The head shaking could get balanced by the nodding during the bikini contest or bikini car wash....

Stacey's around, though she's driving a nice SRT-4 Neon these days. I believe her car took 2nd place in her category at the show, :dblthumb: so not all of them are pimp my ride types. Also The NICO Altima crew was well represented on the showfield. Dangeris had his nicely done Alti coupe on display indoors, and Phenom, who has a car wrapping business, had some very nice examples on display too.

Seeing the two Alty SE-R's, now I want one.

Definitely one of Nissan's best ideas.

Greg I look at your datsuns namely Bella/(the sold) droptop 240 and want one as well :)

I think the SE-R model is the most attractive altima sedan nissan has ever produced. I was thinking about what my replacement will be for mine. However nothing that's out interests me. If nissan brought back the SE-R instead of the SR package i would be happy. At 102,000 miles I will just keep on driving it. Drew and I were trying to get some more SE-Rs there at carlisle from NYC area however they were unwilling to leave the 20 mile bubble. :tisk:

It is a pretty car. In mid 2000's I wouldnt consider one, now I really like them and have even recommended them. It looks really good in red too.

Black Altima SE-R is sex.

The fact that Nissan got so much so right with that car is demonstrated in Acura's carbon-copy third-gen TL Type-S. Same EXACT formula copied from the SE-R: smoked tails and dark headlights, thin-spoked German-style wheels, aggressive fascia, and some badging. Flattery, and all that.

Too bad for the Acura, the Altima cost $10k less and did everything better.

The SE-R is also memorable to me, in that I got into a little "stoplight tango" with one in my G35 Coupe back in the day, and wasn't able to pull on it. Very, very impressive.

Just a week after this (this past weekend), one of the biggest Saab meets in the world convened at Carlisle.

The autocross videos should look familiar:

I should stayed behind (brother had exams) and booked a hotel room for a week.

The import and kit show draws a bigger crowd than P&S. they also allow camping that weekend. Audi has a big presence there too. They really watered down the autocross layout. :tisk: We're talking Pennsylvania state driving test kinda easy. I guess those Saab owners are afraid their tires might make noise... :ohno:

What a coincidence, 3 months is about the time it took those Saabies to complete 2 laps. :chuckle:
