Who is Brian Lohnes? I hope he actually comprehends that NONE of the cars in the "show" area were our people.AppleBonker wrote:Brian Lohnes wants to beat someone.

*Sings* "cause the spotlight ain't nothing without you gerrl..." lol. I have a feeling there'll be more talks/discussion/bashing between NICO and "that other forum", so even more spotlight for you.cellardoorv wrote:I LOVE BEING FAMOUS!
Yea, i read the entire article later and found out. And really who cares what he thought of the turtle idea? NICO found it funny/amusing and that's all that matters.AppleBonker wrote:No, Brian Lohnes appears to just be a blogger who found the zilvia page humorous. Though, that doesn't explain why he didn't find the turtle idea as excellent as we all did. So no need to take shots at that guy. He doesn't appear to have any affiliation with zilvia, so he's probably ok. Maybe I'll register on that site and post a comment in a bit...
More proof that the internet is filled with cynical f***s. A stupid thread from zilvia gets tons of circulation to the point where some nobody like Brian Lohnes even writes about it, but the thread here at NICO filled with awesomeness and badassery goes unnoticed.AppleBonker wrote:Brian Lohnes wants to beat someone.

I'm completely ok with this, too. There are a lot of people not worth wasting time on in this world (so it stands to reason that they would populate a large portion of the internets). However, there is a seemingly high concentration of awesome people on NICO. I would fear with more circulation of our amazing time we would attract some of the douche-nozzle population, and I don't want them coming in here (at least not in large numbers, every now and again it's fun to flame one of those tools).flohtingPoint wrote:More proof that the internet is filled with cynical f***s. Hey hey, not all the local crowd is still stuck in the world of the fast and the furious. Unfortunately there weren't more of us on the track. Fortunately most of these cars aren't ever driven around here.DevilMB3017 wrote:Great idea: Let's make fun of all the stupid s*** in the world while we hard park our trailer queens! Excellent!
At least these people had the guts to show their cars, and the NICO members had the balls to track theirs. It's not the locals fault they live disconnected from the rest of the scene...

Kind of a big deal.EvoTyler wrote: And won club olymmpics
that's how it's suppose to be and how awesome happens in a natural environment.AppleBonker wrote:TBH, I found it funny and amusing and didn't care what NICO thought. No offense to any of you guys, but I tend to do dumb stuff because I want to. Though, there are clearly quite a few folks here who share a similar mindset and sense of humor, so it all works out well.
