Cargo area carpeted mat

Hello all!

I have a question for those with the cargo liner. Is it still easy to use the pop-up storage compartment ?

I'm waiting to see if and when Nissan will make an all-weather cargo liner, but I'm wondering how it'll fit in with the pop up compartment. Does the carpeted version bend easily where it pops up?

I just got it and it is a bit cimbersome however the cargo storage door does stay in place...would have been nice if they made it hinged...the mat that is..
