We definitely need more info and any ECU codes is the best start, but I will toss out a fairly decent idea given your comment of the rich mixture at the tailpipes- check your coolant temp sensor connector and the coolant temp sender connectors on the radiator hardpipes on the front of the engine, and both sensors as well. Failure here can cause the computer to run rich and possibly even more, and if not gives a good start in your search for the problem.
