car problems

recently my car wont alloy me the rev past 6500, its breaking up real bad anyone have a clue whats goin on? I have my plugs gaps at .8 could that be the problem?

Did you change or adjust any thing right before it start acting up?

it all started when i adjusted the gap on the plugs, let me try to open them up a lil and see what happens?

Get yourself a nice set of platnium and don't adjust them.

what does it mean when there is a burn mark onj top of you plug where it contacts the coil? Only on me number 3 cylinder

You might have cracked to porcelin on the plug and not known it.

you may need to replace the contact on the coilpack, the early ones have a carbon insert

yea i was thinking it was the coil packs also how do you know which one has carbon inserts?
