My problem is that sometimes when I'm driving it and i stop for example like at a stop light, when i press on the gas it doesn't move, it feels like its on neutral, then after a couple of sec it moves again. Can anybody tell me what wrong?

Def sounds like you have a problem with your transmission. If you have an extended warranty I would take it in to Nissan and have it diagnosed.

Figures it would start after the 3/36 ended. I would at least take it in for diagnostics. You don't need to use Nissan for that. Will give you an idea what is going on.

Hava you checked the transmission fluid? If it's low, it will cause slippage, or not work at all. Check it on a level surface, while the car is running, and warmed up.
