Hello guys! I have a 96 240, and the car is not starting.. You try to turn the key to start it and it just spins the motor but never catches fire. We tried poppping the clutch a few times, but the one and only time it started, the rpms went really crazy, spiking 3k-4k, ran really really bad for all of 6 seconds and then died. Couldnt get it started again...

Any ideas?

We are getting power into the distributor, but none coming out.

Thanks!

Well I just won the bid on a used distributor on ebay, so we will test that theory... I will search now for the Crank Angle Sensor information. Do you have any other ideas if neither of these two fix it? Thanks!

I have a 1997 i30 infiniti, I change the starter because it was bad, but when i try to start the car, it don't crank over. There no power to the solenoid. Is there a relay switch that not making the solenoid power up? or am i looking in the wrong place.
