You got lucky because most of the time its impossible to find out who did something like that. Sucks that you have to get it painted but its all good if someone else is paying for it.

I am sure what he is saying is that if the parts that needs replacing, a body kit will replace, put on the body kit, and get it painted for a discount, or free depending on the insurance estimate.
