We have two in the family, but can only list one in the poll. I listed my Fresh Powder, but not my daughter's Magnetic Gray.

Our dealer had a black SL on the lot when we bought and if we lived somewhere else in the country, we would have been happy with that. Up to six months out of the year, we have road salt to contend with. It makes a black car look like crap. We had them get us a gray SL. Matches the road salt quite well.

Knightr... you might want to edit the poll. You forgot two sedan-only colors:

Sonoma Sunsetand, uhm... I forgot the name of it, but the goldish-beige color.

Ahh, I can't figure out how to edit the poll. Oh well, not to leave the sedan's out but from the earlier poll it doesn't look like a whole lot of them out there.

Kind of an obvious question Knightro, you go to UCF right?

See the black versa with the weighted companion cubes on the mirror by chance? That's my baby Black.

I AM jealous of the sedans in that they can get Sonoma Sunset... that is an awesome color...

Red Alert and Sapphire Blue are the two hatch-only colors.

And IIRC, you can edit the poll by scrolling up all the way and hitting the "Edit" button on the thread title bar, the one up BEFORE (not the one ON) your first post.

Jaesin,

Yea, I graduated from UCF in 2003. I'm over in St. Pete now.

I went with the silver which I thought would have been more popular than I'm seeing on the polls. My Xterra was silver and I always liked that. I was thinking about going with black but then I remembered that in Florida, the trees and plants seem to produce pollen year round so my black car would be yellow every couple of days.

When I click on the top edit button it says that I'm not authorized to edit threads. So I apologize to the sedan owners for my oversight.....even though hatchbacks are better.

2003? Have you been back to see campus? The new stadium is awesome, there's "luxury (LOL)" apartments on the north end of campus, as well as a new arena for basketball and concerts.

They just recently redid the whole forested area west of Libra, calling it the Arboretum, which is next to a new gigantic 4 story engineering classroom building, and a brand new med center...

Under Construction Forever! woo!

LOL and "U Can't Finish" but I did! Only took me 5 years.

No, I haven't been back. I've driven down Alafaya but never back on the campus. I lived in Knights Krossing Phase III for the first 4 years. I think it is now called Pegasus Landing. It's the one on the corner of Alafaya and McCollough. I then moved to Northgate for the last year. I've heard the stadium is awesome. I wished they had that when I was there. I would have gone to more than just 2 games like I did for the 5 years I was there. It was too much of a pain to drive down to Downtown Orlando just to see how badly we would lose. Plus, you can't stumble back to your apartment blitzed out of your mind. My freshman year we still had Daunte Culpepper so we atleast won a few games.

That's one thing I really wish I had in my college experience was the whole football thing. My sister went to Auburn and that was awesome...except that was when they were suspended from Bowl games but had an undefeated season. I almost went there until my parents told me my Junior year of high school that they had Florida Prepaid so I HAD to go to a Florida school.

We've been winning consistently every other year... This upcoming year we're gonna suck because we did good this season.

Pegasus Landing? I feel your pain, roomies lived there last year, I was on campus for 2 years, now I'm in a nice 3/2 off Dean.Got a few friends at Northgate who were just burglarized... it's really going downhill there, and anywhere really close to campus.

Knights Krossing (aka Pegasus Landing) wasn't bad when I was there. It was in Phase III and it was brand new when my roomies and I moved in. First ones there. But I had a falling out with my bipolar roommate (not really bipolar but acted like it) so I moved out an in with my best friend now at North Gate. It couldn't have gone down hill much since I was there because it was already pretty bad when I moved in. After we graduated we moved into a 4/2 house off of Buck road (just off of Rouse behind the Hess station). It was awesome.. 1 1/2 acres of land. Had huge bonfire parties out there all the time. Then hurricane Charley decided to come along and destroy the house and burn my girlfriend's apartment down. That's why we're in St. Pete now. Better job market.

I have a red alert SL hatch. My dealer had a HARD time finding a 6 speed manual so I pretty much had to take whatever they found. They found three 6 speed manuals and all of them were red alert. I wonder if that's a coincidence? The red alert is growing on me but I got my first ticket in 6 years a few days ago...

I had a choice between silver and the magnetic grey on the lot when I bought my 08, went with the latter. Far too many silver hatchbacks in the lot I park in as it is

I have a Sapphire Blue. I bought "Little Blue" used from a dealer, but fell in love with the color. I drove a red Ford Explorer before and was kind of tired of red.

Gr8dave37: Very interesting article. I did feel aggressive in red Explorer I drove.

speaking about road salt how does the Versa handle in Winter. I live in the MIDWEST. Does it drive good with the Stock tires or with the bigger wheels.
