Can someone tell me what is my truck worth??

I am new to this site and was surprised when someone told me that there was a forum where people have the same truck I have.
So curiousity got the best of me and here I am...!!

Ok so here is my first question..... I am thinking about putting my truck for sale in the classifieds section.... But I don't know what the selling price should be!?
I am not sure that I want to sell it though because it has sentimental value and it is a great truck & cost a lot to get it here....
The truck is a 1983 Datsun Pick up truck from Japan (Right Hand Drive)

Here are the specs:
22,000 Mile (35,000 Km ) Low milage
5 Speed
1.8 Liter engine
Heat & AC works
6 ft bed
Front & Rear Towing
Front Skid Plate
Titled & Registered as a Historic Car - FULLY STREET LEGAL

It cost me a lot to import it and get it registered.
I am afraid I will lost too much money if I try to sell it.


This is not a For Sale AD
I am asking everyone - How much should I make my asking price?
Or should I not sell it and keep holding it? Maybe one day it will be worth more money

Damn, that is clean.

The hard part about valuing Datsuns is to some people they are cheap and crappy....and others they are like gold.

Yours seems to be on the golden side of things. I have never personally seen a 4x4 datto in this great of condition.

I'd say its worth at least 3grand. but to someone it who really desires it and knows what it is you could get more, but I don't ever meet people who care about these trucks, unless they previously owned one(then they wish they still had it).

I am going to add your pics to the 720 picture thread, cuz your truck is so nice! I hope you don't mind.

I'd keep it, cuz that truck is amazing. It will definitely get more valuable, especially in this condition.

Yeah I think most people who are looking for a truck want something with more power.
Like Fords & Chevys. But this little guy has PEP!!

Great, yeah I will probably keep it unless someone offers me around $5,000
Because to get it imported & legally registered cost a lot of money.
Plus it runs like a champ, has only 22,000 miles - and like you said, it's rare
