but for more resilistic mods. An complete exhaust upgrade change over will get you about 20-25HP right at the crank.

You are better off staying away from eBay completely when it comes to HP. The stock exhaust system (mainly the Y-Pipe) is really restrictive. Their are pre-cats on the y-pipe that are there for no apparent reason because you can pass emissions without them. I have a short ram intake and a Y-pipe and I notcie a big difference over stock in HP. Once you have your Intake and exhuast taken care of, you should look into a 00VI. From what I hear it is a great mod.
