It's pretty simple, but you do have to remove the timing belt and the cam sprockets. Be careful when you pry the old ones out, you that you don't scratch the cam surface. I used a short piece of PVC pipe to tap the new ones back in. I would recommend replacing all 4 and the crank seal as well if there's any doubt as they don't cost much. If the timing belt hasn't been done this is obviously the right time to do that and the water pump as well.
