Cams Won't Spin Freely

So I replaced the early style valves in my heads with the new style and reseated them. Now one of my cams will barely turn, I really have to wrench on it to get it to move. Any ideas? They're tourqued to proper specs.

Are you certain you put all the cam caps on the exact journals they came off of? If they aren't matched up properly your cams can bind. If you are sure they are correct check the run out on the camshafts to ensure they aren't bent but I would put my money on mixed up cam caps.
