I know it sounds stupid but will this work. My buddy is selling his CA18ET exhaust manifold for $20 since he just had a custom one made. I however have no exhaust manifold and an SR turbo. Just wondering if I could simply use the ET manifold on my DET. Are the flanges the same, lengths? Any info would be useful. Thanks.

No, they are completely different. The 18ET flange has paired ports, the 18DET does not.

He's talking about the EXHAUST manifold, not the intake.

Ahh ok yeah. I knew the manifold wouldn't work regardless, but I had trouble following your explanation.

84-88 actually, but yes the S12 is one, old Stanza/Stanza Wagons (only up to 88 though, 89+ has KA24E motor) had them as well. And I think an old Nissan van had one as well, but I can't remember what year or model.

The S12's are the only ones RWD however, all the others are FWD.
