Yes. The only lines that need to be plugged are the extra ones on the rack. You can remove the bigass solenoid below the fuel filter and save yourself about 8 pounds too.em55ery wrote:no i want to keep my powersteering but no hicas! whats involved in running the lines.. do i just plug up the hicas lines? and everyting else stays as is
I'm pretty sure your car has ABS and a LSD, right? First thing you have to ask yourself is "What do I want out of this car"? If you're going to be drag racing and drifting, my suggestion would be to eliminate both the HICAS and ABS system before you do the install and replace them with compnents from chasis that didn't come with these fancy options from factory.em55ery wrote:ok heres the deal guys.. my 240 has hicas... i hate it. lol..and i just ordered a ca motorset... what kind of issues am i going to run into with the swap.. what do i do with the hicas lines... will the ca ps pump fit up.. id like to order the kazama hicas lock bar.. someone help me out here. dee your the man give me the knowledge smackdown.
you also need some sort of hicas eliminator bars... to keep the back end from steering itself if there's nothing controlling the rear rackc-rad wrote:
