So, I did like it said on the forum here and I used the heavy throttle website to wire up my upper harness. However, on all of the clips, the two clips near the battery tray and the dash clip, there are wires that remain unconected. My main question is are there any wires that need to be hooked up for the ca18det to ka24de that are not listed? These are the unconnected wires.

The small connector near the battery tray: CA side: gray, blue/white, purple, green/yellow. KA side: yellow/blue, yellow/red, pink, and brown.

The big connector near the battery tray: CA side: blue/green, brown, a heavier gauge white (insulated?) wire with a small gauge black wire comming out of it. KA side: blue/green, orange/blue, green/blue, green/yellow, yellow/green.

Dash wiring past ecu connector: CA side: blue/green, heavier gauge white, heavier gauge blue/red, green, red, gray/blue, blue/white, sea green, gray/red.

KA side: green/red, red, green/white, green/yellow, green/black, blue/green, green.

I'm sorry in advance for the length but I searched this topic and came up with a lot WTB wirng harnesses. Maybe this will help someone else as well as me. Thanks for looking and any info. Laters.

As it says in the HT post, any un-mentioned wires, aren't needed. Most of them either go to stuff regarding the A/C or the Check Connector.

Is the check connector related to the obd system? Maybe, like a distant cousin? Or do the wires that are connected give some fault code info? Just wondering because it would be nice to have some sort of diagnostic. Thanks for the imput.
