%CO2 %O2 HC (PPM) CO (%) NO (PPM)
TEST RPM MEAS MEAS MAX AVE MEAS MAX AVE MEAS MAX AVE MEAS
15 MPH 1791 14.7 0.1 88 39 73 0.36 0.03 0.22 493 155 720
25 MPH 1775 14.7 0.1 53 23 61 0.35 0.04 0.24 516 148 573

This is what the paper the guy gave me looks like idk if it helps but anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.

Reformating magic = filling with underscores 'cause whitespace gets deleted.

________________%CO2_%O2_____HC (PPM)__________CO (%)__________NO (PPM)
TEST........RPM | MEAS MEAS | MAX AVE MEAS_ | MAX AVE MEAS | MAX AVE MEAS
15 MPH.....1791 | 14.7 _ 0.1 _ |_ 88 _ 39 _ 73 _ | 0.36 _ 0.03 _ 0.22 | 493 155 720
25 MPH......1775 | 14.7 _ 0.1 _ |_ 53 _ 23 _ 61 _ | 0.35 _ 0.04 _ 0.24 | 516 148 573

CO2 is good, so you're combusting efficiently. HC just barely went over, and the NOx is over.

I say check for vacuum leaks.

Use some Carb clean and spray around injector o-rings, intake Mani gasket, throttle body etc. If idle fluctuates than you got a leak there. Check for leaks /tears in vacuum lines and couplers. Check intake tubing for cracks. If all is good. Than check the egr system because its primary job is to reduce nox. Your hc is due to incomplete combustion aka timing, bad plugs wires, misfire (lean or rich). That hella sucks they test for nox in Cali, here in NV they don't.

Check the egr system to ensure it's working properly. Search the forums for procedures on this.

Still running rich. Do you have a volt meter? Check the water temp sensor and the oxygen sensor.

Got her back today. $650 and a new upper intake manifold later. She passed smog at 1/2 the allotted NoX amount along with everything else way below. The egr ports were clogged beyond help so you all were right to an extent the egr system was working just mad gummed up. If you're in the Sac. Area and need help let me know the guys at the shop I took it to were beyond helpful. Thanks again everyone.
