Buying a G35! Do I need extended warranty?

Hello, I am going to be a new owner of a 2004 G35 in about a week =) =) I am really excited!! However, I have a few questions.

The car is at 77K Km right now. Do you guys think i should buy extended warranty?

What are the common problems with the car as it ages? anything expensive regarding power train? transmission? engine? or just what are some things that i'll most likely be fixing.

Highly recommended, we have a good company to work with right here on the forums...

Nothing more to deal with than any other performance car - but when stuff does break, it's pricey.
