I've heard that its a good idea to replace the bushings before doing a suspension upgrade. I saw that my tension rod bushings were getting pretty worn because they looked a little cracked. Has anyone had any experience and recommendations with replacing their bushings all around? Also, what's a good spring/strut combo. I was thinking of going eibach sportlines and kyb gr-2 shocks. Thanks.

I have that exact spring/shock combo and it works great. If you are looking for new bushings, check out http://www.courtesyparts.com/n....html if you have an S13. I got their tension rod bushings there for like $70 for the pair, and Midas charged me $20 to press the old ones out and the new ones in. A steal if you ask me.

PDM-racing sells new oem T/C Rods with Whiteline Polyurethance bushings already pressed in for 70$ each. Having them already pressed made the installation a breeze unscrew a couple bolts, install the new T/C rod, put the bolts back and that is it!!! I installed my KYB/AGX with sportline spring with my new T/C rods and it handles quite nice!!!

Yea, I just ordered my Whitelines today, because my tension rod busings are leaking too. I can't wait for them. I plan to do Whiteline bushings all around.
