bumber scratched up =/

i came back from my last class of the day to see the right side of my bumper swiped and top right unhinged

how can i push the bumber back in? or if worse comes to worse, how much will it cost?

im not to worried about the paint, i can deal with it for nowbut in case, how much does GOOD (doesnt look like it happened) touch up paint cost?

any input will help alot
