Im looking to lift my 1999 pathfinder. I want to be able to put 31inch tires on it no problem so im thinking about a lift of 2 inches. What are my budget options? I know I could use lift spaces , but I dont know at what point the lift spaces because a issue with CV angles. What is the max lift blocks I can use without having to worry about my CV exploding. Otherwise what are my lift spring options? I see 4x4parts have a spring kit for 2 inch lift kit but require new wheels with a 3.75'' negative backspace, that seems expensive as I have to get new springs and new wheels. I also read something about putting land rover springs in the back? Junkyard options for parts is my preferred option so if anyone could give me more info as to which springs I should look for in the junkyard that would be great. Thanks

How budget are you going?

I just got their Koni lift kit. Not installed yet, waiting for new spring seats and a couple sway bar bushings.

I don't know if that is reasonable. It sounds reasonable... but don't you need to get new shocks as well. the shocks have limited travel so if you lift it two inches won't you lose two inches of travel.
