brembo brackets?

hey guys! i have a question for ya. i just purchased a set of brembo calipers and i was wondering if i need a new bracket for them or will i be able to use the ones off of my stock 2002 spec v calipers? thanks!

if the calipers are the ones that come onspec-v they should bolt right up to the knuckle if im not mistaken.

so then i wouldn't need the brackets off a spec v that came with the brembo package? right?

Define "brackets", do you mean the part that actually bolts to the knuckle? If so, you need the COMPLETE caliper from the Brembo set, the Brembo caliper bracket is larger than the standard brakes.

i just have the calipers and pads. and yes i do me the part that bolts up to the knuckle. do you know if they sell those separate from the calipers at nissan?

the brembo caliper are a non floating design which means that the caliper bolts right to the knuckle, which means in mot cases there is no other brackets in this case im not to positive with the spec-v but i'm almost positive the caliper bolts right up with no plroblem all you should need then is brake lines and rotors off a spec v so it should bolt right up

Now that I completely understand what you were saying ( ) the Brembo brakes SQUEEZE the rotor, the standard brakes slide into the rotor and push it into the other pad. You should have what you need.
