Hi all

Just had my disk brakes change within 3-4 weeks ago and now I am getting a screaming noise when i gently apply them? This should not be the case I pressume. I know it normally takes a while for bending of the new brakes but should i be getting these noises when i gently apply them?

what should I do ? and is there any thing i can do myself to rectify the problem ?

thanks

Google brake bedding procedure. It will tell you how to get them broken in properly. Also you can try adding anti-squeal grease paks.

Sometimes it's just a dust issue. Do you drive down lots of dirt roads or through lots of construction?
