Ok, so like a day or so after installing my Injen Intake, I've noticed that once I start accelerating, my Brake light pops up... (I have a CVT) the ebrake is all the way down, and it still pops up. i tried pushing the button and pushing it down to see if it'll go away, and it does not. after about a good 5 seconds or so, maybe longer it'll go away on it's own. what would cause this?

and another thing that happened to me today, was while driving to the store, my VDC light popped on saying it was off & the SLIP light came on too. i pushed the VDC button and it did not go away. after turning off car and restarting it, it went away. idk if it has anything to do with the whole brake light thing, but i thought that was kind of weird.

Same thing happened to me a few months back. It was my brake fluid. It was low. Check your brake fluid and if it's low add some more. Even if it's to the full line just let it pass a bit. Fixed my problem with the brake light coming on and the VDC SLIP light that would turn on and stay on till I would turn the car off then back on. Hope it helps you.

Also go have your brakes looked at. Brake fluid doesn't magically disappear. It either leaks out, or it makes up for the space that the brake pad USED TO take up.

Not trying to scare anyone, just be cautious.

SWEET. It's always nice to help a fellow NICO member or NICO Family member out. That should have fixed both problems and will not happen again.

At carlisle we realized all the 3.5s run low on brake fluid.. we had to add to most.

yea, when i would release the gas it would go away, "SOMETIMES" then it just wouldn't go away when i did it... the brake fluid fixed it tho
