bov open at idle

okay so i've been having idle issues for some time now and its been running rich. i noticed today that my bov is letting air out. is the bov supposed to be letting air out at idle?

Some BOV's actually do leak air at idle because the vacuum at idle is holding it slightly open. You should recirculate it back to your intake and then see if that fixes your rich problem.

what BOV do you have? Greddys are diaphragm so to my knowledge they leak at idle.

i have a greddy rs. do they sell rebuild kits for them? its letting out a lot of air.

have you set it to the tightest it will ge? is it recirculated yet?

no its not recirculated. the bov is set to tightest it will go to.

If your blow through it wont matter, as long as the maf is after the BOV the car could careless

well i had air blow through and it the a/f was crap until i tightened it. then it went to 13.
